Payments
Checkout, payment, and delivery are handled by Tebex, the merchant of record. We never see your card or billing details; Tebex processes them under its own privacy policy.
Visit statistics
We use PostHog (EU servers) to see which pages are visited, where visitors come from, and how people move through the store. No cookies are used, and your IP address only serves to estimate your country and count visits anonymously. This data is never sold or used for advertising.
Account and purchases
When you sign in with Cfx.re to shop, Tebex shares your Cfx.re username and account ID with us, and tells us which products you bought. We use this to verify reviews and show product ownership.
Public information
Reviews show your Cfx.re username, avatar, rating, and text. The recent purchases list on the store shows the username and product of recent orders. Ask us on Discord if you would rather not appear.
Contact and your rights
This data is stored with our hosting and database providers and shared with no one else. You can ask us to access or delete your data, or object to its use, through our Discord server.
